Using the site

You can browse the site and use the free tools without an account. Please use it lawfully and fairly: no attempts to break into it, overload it or misuse its forms and tools, and no automated copying of its content.

Your account

To create an account you must be at least 14 years old, and of legal age, or have a parent's permission, to buy. Keep your password safe and let me know straight away if you think someone else is using your account; you can protect it further with two-factor authentication from the Security page. I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by publishing abusive content. You can delete your account whenever you like from your profile.

What you publish

You are responsible for what you write in reviews, comments and the forum. Content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, spam or advertising, or that infringes someone else's rights, is not allowed. I read everything before it is published and may decline or remove content that breaks these rules. By publishing, you allow me to show your content on the site for as long as it stays online.

Only people who have bought or downloaded a product can review it, and their review is marked as a verified purchase or download. Every review, and every change to it, is checked by me before it appears. I don't pay for reviews and I don't change what they say.

Free tools

The image tools work entirely in your browser: your images are never uploaded to my server. They are free and provided as they are, so always keep a copy of your original files.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. You pay by card, or with the other methods shown at checkout such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe: I never see your card details. Discount coupons can be used under the conditions set for each one, such as validity dates, minimum order amount, eligible products and whether they can be combined with other coupons; the discount applied is always shown in the order summary before you pay. The purchase is concluded when the payment is confirmed, and you receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

VAT not applicable – Italian flat-rate scheme

Digital products

After payment you can download your files from the confirmation page, from your order page and from the email I send you. Download links are valid for 72 hours from payment and allow up to 5 downloads of each item; if you need a new link later, write to me from the email address you used. Free downloads have no time or download limits.

Under the Italian Consumer Code you can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital files the law makes an exception: the right of withdrawal ends once the files are made available to you, provided that before paying you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose that right (Art. 59(1)(o), Legislative Decree 206/2005). At checkout this is a box you have to tick; your consent is recorded with the order and repeated in the confirmation email. If a file is damaged, incomplete or different from its description, write to me and I will replace it or refund you.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code.

Licenses

Free downloads are provided under the CreaVisionArt Free License: you may use the file, as downloaded or modified, in personal and commercial projects, including projects you sell or distribute. You may not resell or redistribute the original or modified file itself as a standalone download, for free or for a fee, nor upload it to file-sharing services, stock marketplaces or resource-bundling sites.

Paid downloads are provided under the CreaVisionArt Pro License: the same personal and commercial rights apply, together with any additional terms shown on the product page. As with the Free License, reselling or redistributing the original or modified file as a standalone download, here or elsewhere, is not allowed. For images, all the details are on the Image License page.

Intellectual property

Everything on the site — texts, images, graphics, logo and code — is mine or used with permission and is protected by copyright. Apart from what the licenses allow, you may not copy or reuse it without my written permission.

Liability

I do my best to keep the site and the files accurate and available, but I can't promise that the site will always work without interruptions or errors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law, including the legal guarantee, nor my liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. I don't control them and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms, for example when I add new services or the law changes. The version published here when you buy applies to that purchase. If you have an account, I will ask you to accept important changes the next time you use the site.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and any dispute will be heard by the court of the place where you live. Before going to court, please write to me: most problems can be solved quickly.
